No Refund or Cancellation Policy
- General Policy:
- All payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
- Orders and payments are related to proposals or services that have been previously agreed upon.
- Mistaken Orders:
- If an order was placed by mistake, you must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing support@fury-technology.com.
- Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be considered.
- Order Cancellations:
- To request an order cancellation, you must email us referencing the payment, along with the corresponding proposal or contract.
- Cancellations will only be considered after the terms and conditions of the proposal or agreement have been reviewed.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if allowed under the terms of the original proposal or contract.
Exceptions:
No refunds or cancellations are allowed except in the limited circumstances outlined above.
