At FURY TECHNOLOGY, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding payments and services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

No Refund or Cancellation Policy

  1. General Policy:
    • All payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
    • Orders and payments are related to proposals or services that have been previously agreed upon.
  2. Mistaken Orders:
    • If an order was placed by mistake, you must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing support@fury-technology.com.
    • Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be considered.
  3. Order Cancellations:
    • To request an order cancellation, you must email us referencing the payment, along with the corresponding proposal or contract.
    • Cancellations will only be considered after the terms and conditions of the proposal or agreement have been reviewed.
    • Partial refunds may be considered only if allowed under the terms of the original proposal or contract.

Exceptions:

No refunds or cancellations are allowed except in the limited circumstances outlined above.
