We are a brand new start-up Company, how can Fury Technology help us get started?

It is true that several years ago, the standard practice was for every organization to host and manage all of their IT services locally. We at Fury Technology review the current business and IT needs of the organization and are able to interpret these needs into solutions. We are an established company and have invested a lot of money in IT Services and Infrastructure. Unfortunately, we from the Business / Management side are unable to quantify and justify these investments? How can Fury Technology help us?
We at Fury Technology provide two specific solutions for this kind of problem. One is we review the current IT investments and associated maintenance agreements to understand the overall impact of the said investment for the organization and provide our feedback to the management. From there we work with the management team and IT teams to leverage the new systems better to increase the quantitative value of the new systems and should the cost supersede the value obtained from the system, we would provide our recommendation to scrap the system or move to a better solution. Second, prior to making any said investments, we work with the business team to properly understand their requirements and coordinate these business functions into IT solutions.
